DO you fuck with fear, or Ignore it??

Over the past few days, I’ve noticed a lot of people talking about fear and I felt inspired to share my own perspective because there are things I don’t agree with, and I feel it’s only best that you hear what I have to say..





OK, WHAT REALLY IS FEAR?


Obviously, you know it’s an emotion. It’s classed as a negative emotion. It’s negative because of how it makes you feel – afraid, uncertain, sad, and triggers anxiety (known for fear of the future).


They say that Fear Has Two Meanings:

Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything and Rise.


But if the fear is consuming your entire being – HOW THE EFF CAN YOU DO EITHER????


Some people say STOP BEING FEARFUL!


Some people say TAKE THE FEAR WITH YOU!


Everyone has their own perceptions purely because they have felt the fear and I am sure they have done everything in their own power to overcome it.


Now let’s look at you.


What kind of fear do you have?


  1. Is it the crippling type that prevents you from doing anything keeping you feeling as if you are stuck?

  2. Is the type that drives you to ambition, and no matter what you keep going, but still feel frustrated when you don’t get what you desire.

  3. Is it the type that controls your next step – fear of the future, anxiety, and stress in the physical body?


Either way, the fear is causing a significant impact on your mind-body connection, which in return causes you to go into flight or fright, or freeze mode.


So how do we address the fear, without feeling the fear?


Fear can be really uncomfortable, I get it. But FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY will naturally send your body into a deeper shock because even if you DO do this, you will naturally react after, albeit exhaustion, drained, or overly emotional.


So what do you do?


  1. First, acknowledge that it exists. It’s ok to have this emotion like any of the others.

  2. Understand the impact and cause of the emotion. The only way to overcome anything is to first understand it, listen to it,and then nurture it.

  3. Lastly, what can you do instead of allowing this emotion to cause you any more self-sabotage? Journal on this, and work through it.


DID YOU SEE THE FLOW I DID THERE?


This is how we as humans should work through anything in life.


And let me tell you now, rather than stopping feeling the fear, or feeling the fear and do it anyway the best solution THE ONLY SOLUTION is to


ELIMINATE IT FROM THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM SITUATED IN THE SUBCONSCIOUS PART OF THE BRAIN AND LET GO WITH LOVE.


So yes, fear can be removed. Fear can be neutralized.


And wouldn’t it be better, if you could feel the love and do it anyway?

Wouldn’t it be better to just release the fear and do it anyway?

Wouldn’t it just make more sense to overcome it, rather than carry it on with your every step?


The bigger the step. The bigger the fear will become.

You don’t need to be controlled by it.

You just have to face it, understand it, release it, and then overcome it with an emotion you would rather feel.


The Choice Is Yours.
