Did you know that I used to be a massive anxiety sufferer?
I know most people have it. I see so many women posting on social media how they suffer with it, especially coming out of lockdown which more than likely heightened your anxiety levels to a level like never before.
So I ask myself if you know that you do suffer with it, why are you not addressing it and understanding that there is something that can be done?
I know what anxiety is like. I have had it for years, however now, It doesn’t consume me anymore because I know how to address the problem, and work through it.
So let’s discuss what anxiety really is:
The definition is - a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
In fact according to research women reported much higher levels of anxiety compared with men, with their average rating 24% higher between 3 and 13 April 2020.
So if you imagine, that your anxiety is caused by feeling worried, and uneasy about something in the future, then wouldn’t it be energetically better to understand:
What you are specifically worried about and how to overcome it?
How the unease affects your body and prevents you from moving forward causing self-sabotage?
Let go of the outcome so you become present in the moment?<
